Correction from previous review

Sorry, I said Newegg had the 64GB for $240 two weeks later when it was for $140.

Same as before

Good product but didn't notice HUGE difference

I did not notice a huge difference in performance over an HDD. There was definitely a noticeable difference in both read and write speeds, but in retrospect I would have rather got a 320GB HDD for $40 than a 32GB SSD for $120. I have my HDD set up as...

Much faster reads and moderately faster writes than my HDD on the same rig ; Low heat and power consumption ; Some bragging rights

Price per Gig ; Speed increase did not justify the extra money spent over an HDD ; Limited writes. Might not be a con if it lasts a few years as opposed to a few months ; Some programs and games have difficulty running on a non C: drive. I had to put...

Nice drive for SSD

SSD is a new technology. You do need to stay up on it- that means be proactive in checking the website for firmware updates. I highly recommend going to their forums and reading the guides on tweaking the hard drive. Actually- you do need to do it for...

Fast, my drive has been stable. I didn't get a version that needed firmware update

Price of course, but for speeds you get and SSD- these are actually priced well

Awesome random seek +RW times.

Probably increases the boot speeds on slower machines. I haven't noticed a difference between this one and my 1 TB drive. My computer is pretty quick though.

Awesome speed overall. Small, silent, and cool

2.5 inch. Great for laptops, but desktops require an inexpensive mounting bracket

SUPER TALENT UltraDrive ME FTM32GX25H 2.5" 32GB SATA II MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

I have 2 of these in Raid0, 7.6 on windows 7 scale.

Worked right out of the box. Fast, sleek, recognized by my motherboard

Price is a little high, but that's what you get for new tech

Sweet.....

I upgraded the 5400 rpm sata hdd in my laptop for 2 reasons. - Large programs such as Pro/Engineer took forever to load - The wrist pad area above the hdd bay would get uncomfortably warm, so the cooler running SSD would hopefully reduce this. I'm...

Packaged well ; Fast read/write speeds ; All the other normal Pros of a SSD

None

It met my expectations.

I tried at first to run the two drive in RAID-0 on my jmicron on board controller but that thing is absolute garbage. On the jmicron controller is was only giving me 166MB/s. As soon as I switched to the intel controller I was getting 410MB/s which was...

Very fast, no stuttering, has the build quality and features of much more expensive SSDs

The drives are only 2.5" so I had some trouble getting them to mount correctly in my cosmos drive bays. Of course they are also quite expensive for the space I got

Why this????

When i received the hard drive, it weighed only about half a pound. the box that the HD came in was big enough to fit at least another 3. Why couldn't they include an adapter for this as well, there was more then enough room for it.

When it worked, it was fast. Small

Why did I received it from NewEgg RMA warehouse??? I ordered new stuff not re certified one. HD is defected. It is posting only every second or third time after reboot or not at all

awesome ssd

I have already recommended this drive to many people because it is cheap and fast. This is my first ssd and I will surely get another.

This drive installed windows 7 flawlessly and I have had no problems whatsoever. Boot-up times take half as long and shutdown times for an Acer 5610z is about 3-4 seconds. No stuttering and no lagging at all

Write speeds are descent but not as phenomenal as the read

seems good

I want another double sized one for $70.00---OK?

I skip an egg as the cost per GB is high. You know that. The dropped egg is a protest of the stickup that might be afoot in the SSD market simply because it is the latest and greatest. I hate it when I get something in digital electronics and the price...

i don't know----really
