SanDisk Extreme 240GB SSD review

 

The SanDisk Extreme is poky compared with the fleet-footed Samsung 840 Pro 256GB. But it's a whole lot cheaper and it still blows away the fastest mechanical drive.

Although it's only an average performer, the inexpensive SanDisk Extreme delivers tremendous bang for your SSD buck.

Only after 2 years? Last time I checked the drive had roughly about 2TB of data written on it. Very disappointed with SanDisk! Time to find a new maker!
