Fast

Installed in Intel NUC 6i5syk -G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 32GB (2 x 16G) 260-Pin DDR4 SO-DIMM DDR4 2133 -SAMSUNG 950 PRO M.2 512GB PCI-Express 3.0 x4 -Win10 Pro

Tried both 256 and 512 versions (stuck with 512 since faster specs). Worked great, no issues. Once NUC posts, in win10 in 1-2 seconds.

Hate to spend extra as price will drop drastically as the year goes on. Price to pay for getting the latest tech.

Power in a small package

This product is a nice upgrade. Highly recommend it. Make sure you have a MB and OS that are compatible with it. Installed this on a Asus X99-A with a 5930K. It works like a dream.

This little thing is fast, very fast! This little thing is little, very little. Slightly bigger than a stick of gum. Installation as easy. No wire or cables to deal with. Installing Windows 10 was easy once I figured it out. Windows boots and is...

Extreme lack of documentation. Not knowing much about this and literally nothing in the brochure that comes with it I searched for info on how to set up BIOS. I could only find info for Win 7 and such. I couldn't find anything for Win 10 Pro. I made...

What Happened to the Load Times!?!?

If you want performance like you've never seen, buy this drive!

I purchased 2 of these and have them configured in a RAID0 array, and let me tell you, they are out of this world...I literally scored a DiskMark benchmark score of 22,263 with these, which is about as good as you can get!

None whatsoever.

Blazing Fast

I've never gone wrong with choosing Samsung as my main 2.5" SSD provider and now I'll add them to my must haves when it comes to NVMe solutions as well. Plus, their warranty is hard to match from what I can tell. They do make top shelf quality...

If you want the fastest boot drive possible, look no further than this bad boy, or it's 512GB brother. Worked right out of the box for my X99 system.

High price per gigabyte. As they say, you pay for performance.

The fastest M.2 you can get

Don't waste money on SATA3 SSDs, or M.2 2.0 SSDs. They are old technology, overpriced, and dead. I honestly don't know what the hell is wrong with these companies failing to lower the prices on M.2 2.0 drives. They had a short life and are inferior to...

Samsung has been the leader in SSD storage for a while now, until Seagate came along with their 10GB/s PCI SSD for businesses. If your board supports M.2 and BIOS NVMe, this is the drive to get. You can also get a card to stick into the PCI slot.

Fast, speedy, Flash like...you get the idea. This little bundle of storage Nirvana is awesome.

If you want blazing fast boot speeds get this m.2

see above...fast fast fast. From off to windows 10 ready was 5 sec easy to install, preformed better then advertised, write and read speed dynamic. Bios recognized it after updating Bios with newer version

none so far.

1 second boot time (Win10). Super fast!

Those that say its useless or it cant be used as a boot drive need to look your motherboard specs. Using mine with an ASrock z170M Extreme4 which supports NVME M.2 boot drive operation. If your chosen motherboard supports it, get one of these. You...

Form factor is awesome Good looking Windows boot is blazing fast

None at all.

So FAST

Recommending to all my friends in need of a fast SSD. NVMe is still maturing but for the speed this comes at a very decent price.

FAST. I thought going to an SSD from a mechancial hard drive was fast, but fast just got faster. Every SSD pretty much reads and writes within 500-550mb/s This ssd has a read speed of just over 2200mb/s and writes up to 900mb/s. It's fast.

Samsung magician software does not work on this.(though honestly it's fast enough) The only thing the software does is act as a benchmark. Pricey for the capacity but not for the speed.

WOW

Pretty good specs from a non uefi bios non m.2 motherboard. Now when I upgrade to a silverlake setup I can just take this baby out of the adapter and plug it into the m.2 slot on the 1151 motherboard andget even better specs :)

I did a lot of studying before buying this unit and still wasn't sure what I would be able to do before I finally got to get it going. I had to wait 3 weeks for a pcie to m.2 adapter so I could plug this baby in to my non-uefi bios, no m.2 slot...

It took some studying to get it right on my rig but it was worth it. I hope my lengthy explanation helps somebody else out with their setup.

So far so good

I might purchase another for a raid setup.

Easy to install on Gigabyte Gaming 6, picked up by the bios with no problem. Windows 10 loaded with no problems.

None so far.
