We review the brand new Samsung SSD 850 PRO 256GB, featuring the firm's new 3D V-NAND
The SSD 850 PRO is yet another fantastic entry into the SSD market from Samsung. With the limits of the SATA interface quickly being reached now, it's harder to tease out the performance differences between drives. Even so, the SSD 850 PRO is...

There are plenty of reasons to be excited about the Samsung SSD 850 Pro.
The Samsung SSD 850 Pro has fast performance, high endurance -- you can write a lot of data to it before it becomes unreliable -- and its 2TB capacity is the highest on the market. The drive comes with a lot of useful features, including encryption,...
The drive is expensive compared with competing solid-state drives. The Samsung Magician software only works with Windows.
The Samsung SSD 850 Pro is one of the best standard consumer-grade solid-state drives on the market, but there are cheaper alternatives with similar performance.

This SSD is a beast. The magician software has some bugs with windows 10, but other than that this SSD is a s good as all the reviews claim. I only wish I had brought a larger one.
Consumer review (samsung.uk)
Best in its category , fast in real world usage and reliable. Samsung data migration software worked better than other clone programs.

What can I say, it was well reviewed. It worked on installation. The price was competitive. It looks pretty nice but I guess that doesn't really matter since it's hidden inside my pc case. There's no negatives to speak off.
