Patriot Warp PE32GS25SSDR 2.5" 32GB SATA II Internal Solid state disk (SSD) - Retail

Small, efficient, and somewhat faster than a normal notebook hard drive. The price wasn't too bad considering it's an SSD

I experience lots of slow downs and hiccups with this drive. This happens so much that it really affects my rating of this product

Awesomeness right out of the box

I never use single drives I only do RAID 0 and 5. I can't say anything about single drive preformance. Sorry.

I read a lot of the negative reviews for this product and cautiously bought 2 drives for my Nvidia 780i build. After installing them in RAID 0 I quickly bought 3 more. I'm going to buy a 6th and final drive before I put Windows 7 on this machine. These...

With SSDs price per GB is still a con. While these aren't overpriced I wouldn't mind it if they were a little cheaper

St..St..Stutt..Stutters a lot

I know I can do some OS settings voodoo, but I shouldn't have too. SSD makers should focus on how OSes normally use a drive and optimize for that. anandtech dot com has a terrific run down of how SSDs work and why some are better than others. I highly...

small form factor ; power consumption ; blazing fast seqential reads/writes

did I mention it stutteres horribly? Windows, and all other OSes that I know about, do not perform many sequential reads/writes. They do a lot of tiny writes that this, and all other drives using the cheap jmicron controller, cannot handle very well

Seems good overall

The data connector doesn't accept locking SATA connectors very well. They don't lock, and they feel very mushy when you plug them in. This was the case with the locking connectors that come with the D945GCLF2 kit, in addition to others I have....

Reasonably fast, reasonably inexpensive, nice and small :) ; As others have noted, these are 2.5" drives, so make sure your case supports that, or get an adapter kit

I bought 15 of these drives, and one turns out to be defective. At least it's partly defective. It seems to work when connected to an external USB->SATA adapter, but doesn't work when connected to a motherboard SATA connector

Nice Entry lvl SSD

I may have to buy a 128gb one for my ps3 :) muhahahahahaha

Running Raid 0- Fast booting with vista x64 without ssd tweaks. No stuttering on my ich9r raid 0 setup. Of course I did eventually setup the ssd tweaks from ocz forums ; Now Running Windows 7 RC (7100) Drives rate as 7.3 in windows out of 7.9 max. Not...

could have packaged in some sata cables
