OCZ Agility Series 128GB

The Agility Series packs 128GB of storage capacity, 64MB of cache memory and a 1.5-million hour MTBF

OCZ's 128GB Agility Series is a great mainstream solid state drive that packs decent performance at an attractive price.

OCZ Agility Series 60 GB SSD

With SSD's becoming more and more affordable they are slowly starting to reach the hands of eager enthusiasts and gamers. In fact, we are just now starting to see a few pop up in rigs at our own LAN parties. One of the biggest brands in this market is...

When you’re in the market for an SSD you have to first get over the sticker shock from the dropping but still high prices. OCZ brings the Agility in to bridge the gap between cheap but slower standard hard drives and the much more expensive high end...

OCZ Agility Series 128GB SSD

Today, we have the OCZ Agility Series SSD on hand and it sports a 120GB capacity, read speeds up to 230MH/s, write performance up to 135MB/s, and 64MB of onboard cache. Let's check out how well the Agility Series performs on the test bench and figure...

The performance delta between HDDs and SSDs is big one, even with a mainstream drive like the 120GB Agility Series. Reading reviews and comparing numbers is one thing, but the best upgrade you can make is installing an SSD into your system and feeling...

Not good

I've had an Indilinx Vertex 60GB for a couple years that has been rock solid. Looked like the Agility has the same controller but has been flaky.

Came as specified. Speed was as expected

Unreliable. Drive constantly corrupting Windows 7 install. Updated firmware and still no improvement

Great little drives

I have 2 of these in Mac mini's. A mini with gma 950 with 10.6.7. In this mac I moved the 2.5 inch hdd and put it in the ata to sata converter in the dvd slot spoke of earlier in cons and put the 30gb ssd on the sata port on the mainboard. Works great....

Quick speed, works on OSX 10.6.8 and 10.7.1 (I Have NOT tried enabling trim). Is used as the boot and application drive where all home directories are stored on a standard 2.5 inch drive. Boot times and application load times are awesome on my mac minis

Small amount of size. But I knew this when I got them ; doesn't work with ata to sata adapter in imac 7,1. (lets you put a hdd in an ata DVD drive slot) ; I thought about putting it in the 3.5 sata bay but it would of limited the amount of disk space...

Not recommended

I've had this drive for two weeks in a Thinkpad T60 running Windows 7 Professional. Was working fine until suddenly going into System Repair at boot, and unable to repair drive. Thinkpad BIOS HDD test indicates read failure. I pulled the drive and...

Great drive

I bought this when it first came out for over 300 and it was well worth it. My old mechanical hard drive was the slowest part of my computers so this was a much needed upgrade. I've had this drive for over a year and have had no problems with it. A new...

Great access time ; Windows 7 64 bit boot time is cut down to less than 15 seconds cold boot ; Easy install

This drive is a nightmare!

Intel Q9550 2.83 GHz @ 4.2 GHz 8 GB Corsair XMS3 1600 2x GTX 285 1 GB OCZ Agility 120 GB 3x WD Caviar Black 1 TB - Raid 5

Somewhat fast... when it actually works

I've had a terrible experience with these drives. The first one I had worked great for a few months, then I started getting read/write errors and a lot of system instability. The drive eventually failed to boot into windows and would crash every time I...

Garbage, pure and simple...

I purchased two of these drives for new systems I built for my wife and myself, identical systems. Both drives are the bane of computer existence. These drives have blue screened our computers on a daily basis, windows logs showing "Drive not ready for...

I can't think of any Pros for this

Terrible drive, constant blue screening, errors, drive condition
