Replacement under manufacture warranty took 13 days (Not including the time to ship the defective item back to the manufacturer
Dead in exactly one month. SSD randomly disappears in windows device manager. The SSD was used on a server with multiple SSDs and this is the only one that had issues. Switched SATA port and cable with no effect.

It is nice that this unit provides a full 1 TB of storage. I gather that some others say they are 1 TB drives, but only have 960 GB of capacity. For running El Capitan, this drive leaves nothing to be desired.
None that I have come across, yet.
Consumer review (newegg.com)
This is not the fastest drive out there, but it's a great price for a decent performing 1TB drive.
The price of this drive is pretty incredible for 1TB of storage. I purchased as secondary storage (including Steam library) for my laptop. No spinning disks now makes for a quieter machine. Game load times are quick. Not completely sure, but battery...
Nothing bad to say about it. Even when I upgrade my laptop to one with a faster PCIe boot drive, this drive will continue to make a good storage drive.
Consumer review (newegg.com)
I purchased this because I wanted an affordable 1TB SSD, and while Samsung's 850 Evo had the best price reviews pointed towards a painful warranty claim process. The Mushkin was only slightly more expensive, but reviews for returning defective drives...
-Excellent Performance -Affordable Price
-None to speak of so far
Consumer review (newegg.com)
I installed Win 10 and was enjoying this drive for a few weeks. Luckily, I saw the reviews about a few people having sudden death, so I kept everything backed up. Sure enough, one day the PC gave the dreaded "Insert system disk" error after start up....
Fast while it works Low price
Failed after three weeks

Thanks for a Great Product, Fast Shipping.
It's an SSD?
Can't think of any.
Consumer review (newegg.com)
It works flawlessly.
Price went down after I bought mine!
Consumer review (newegg.com)
I've been running with this as my main drive for just about 3 weeks no and have had no problems. I've had no problems with the drive being recognized, and the performance is on par for what I'd expect.
Might not be as fast as other SSDs, but for the price, I'm totally fine with that.
