Great bang for your buck!

It's just a matter of time before I buy a second one.

So far so good.

I would recommend this product to others because it speeds up startup, shutdown, and all disk accesses. Consequently, the performance of your computer will be much improved. I cloned my hard drive to this SSD using the Acronis imaging free ISO download...

Simple installation. Really sped up my laptop - especially boot up and shutdown. A lot for the money - 480GB for less than $100 with promo code. A great deal over all! Very satisfied!!

I like everything so far. No cons as of yet.

Mushkin Enhanced ECO3 2.5" 480GB SATA III TLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) MKNSSDE3480GB

I ran some Crystal Diskmark benchmarks on my Toshiba 500GB SATA HDD late last week, and ran it on the new SSD tonight - pretty impressive really; boots and loads apps noticeably faster: AVERAGE OF 3 RUNS...

Used Macrium Reflect Free Version 6.1 to clone my 500GB Toshiba to this 480GB Mushkin; whole operation plus installation took one hour and forty minutes. Easy installation Fast delivery too - ordered on Friday night, arrived today Once cloned, just...

No real cons; had to use Win manage features to shrink a partition on the 500GB drive to get Macrium to cooperate and clone to the 480, but once done no issues. 3 year warranty - I'm hoping it lasts for at least that amount of time

Great Drive, Great Price, Lengthy Install

I can't say for sure whether it was the drive or something to do with my setup that was the issue, but I eventually got it working and it's 10x faster than my old boot drive (I measured). I was able to pick it up for a little under $100, so I'm also...

- Good speeds (dramatic improvement over my old HDD) - Great price (got it for a little under $100)

- Lengthy install procedure, though that may have been my own hardware issues

Fast and cheap.

Bought it for my 3 years old laptop. Randomly getting Disc error. Or drive not found.. Initially thought it was a bad drive or not compatible with Windows 10. Found out my Bios firmware was several version behind than the current one. Flashed my BIOS...

Fast and cheap. Got it when it was on sale for $99

None so far.

Solid feel to it, easy install, Came in typical heavy duty plastic packaging

I purchased 2 of these Mushkin SSDs for my late 2012 Mac mini that had one 500 gb 5400rpm HDD that went buzzzzzztt. Solid State Drives have been around for a while now and the price is acceptable for the capacity. All the reviews I ever read always say...

SSD's are the new "easy" upgrade for any system. Price and capacity was right, as always is at Newegg and you can't beat the free shipping.

Had a little shipping issue, took longer than expected but was not Neweggs fault. No cons at all with the Mushkin SSD.

Poor Quality Product

Stay away from this item!

Fast... When it worked

The drive died after 2 months. NewEgg says no replacement or refund.

Works great with OS X!

Installed this in an older Mac Pro that only supports SATA II. I had a Seagate Momentus XT hybrid drive which was getting sluggish. I was pleasantly surprised with the upgrade. The price and performance were well worth it.

The price is right! Purchased this drive for $99 on sale. Works fine with OS X 10.11.4 w/trimforce enabled. SSD worked out of the box with fresh OS install.

This is a new product and reliability has yet to be determined. Not really a con for the price. If it lasts 3-5 years I'd be satisfied.

It worked for me

-Done on Inspiron 7520 -Formatted the SSD via YouTube tutorial and USB to SATA -Used Macrium Reflect since no software included -Drive works better or even with Eluktronics SSD that I already have -Although ^ this is to be expected since this a larger...

-Significant performance increase over SSHD -Games run faster as expected -VMs are much much faster as another review mentioned -An overall great value SSD

-Honestly, none -Did not have problems as other reviews described
