Excellent HD

Good drive, moderately affordable, just wish it was better.

I made the switch to SSD for my gaming PC just over a month ago now and am well pleased. It is fast, silent (obviously), and has caused absolutely no problems in my setup (running Windows 7). I am using it as a OS and application drive (not big enough...

I'd love to be able to get rid of spinning disks completely, but SSD's are still just too expensive. That said $190 didn't break the bank and it's certainly sped things up

Very fast for all 5 minutes it worked.

It hurt my heart when this drive died.

Before the thing became a glorified paper weight, it was fantastic

The drive worked for a total of about 5 minutes before completely dying

You get what you pay for...

Installed as a system drive in my dv9000z laptop... (4GB of DDR2, 2.2GHz AMD Turion x64 dual core Windows 7, 64-bit. I have 2 drive bays. This drive as primary and a Hitachi (don't recall model) as the second... Biggest thing I notice is increased...

Blazing fast, quiet

None, you get what you pay for when you invest in new technology
