This drive doesn't perform as expected, in fact the overall performance of this drive is worse than the original hdd I had in laptop. Speed comes in bursts. I would not purchase this drive again

Cloned disc with Acronis Ture Image 2014.. Painfully slow. Everything takes 3 to 4 times as long as my crucial mx100

Worked well and had fast benchmark results when installed

Developed a bad sector within a month. Ran a thorough chkdsk and it worked well for another month. Then.. "no boot drive detected
