Adata SD700 External SSD review

Half a terabyte in the palm of your hand

Great performance ; IP68 rating ; Decent price/capacity ratio

No USB Type-C

The SD700 will suit those looking for a rugged storage device that can provide ample capacity without costing too much. It performs superbly well and remains the only SSD we’ve seen that is IP68 rated.

Adata SD700 External Solid State Drive

The rugged Adata SD700 is a good choice if you are constantly on the go and need speedy storage, but other SSDs offer even faster speeds at similar per-gigabyte costs.

Rugged, compact design. Reasonable cost per gigabyte.

No USB-C cable. Anemic and outdated backup software.
