Fitbit Inspire HR review

The lightweight Fitbit Inspire HR offers plenty of features for relatively little outlay.

Premium design Lots of tracked metrics Strong battery life

No Fitbit Pay Screen can be unresponsive Large bezel

The Fitbit Inspire HR is more affordable than the fitness bands it replaces within Fitbit's range and it comes sporting more tech than those older products too. It isn't the most affordable tracker on the market, but everything works well here and it's...

Fitbit Inspire HR review: The new fitness tracking king?

Is Fitbit's new Inspire HR the sub-£100 fitness tracker to beat? We review the waterproofed, heart-rate and sleep-tracking fitness device in full.

Value for money ; Waterproofing ; Plenty of features ; Great performance ; Good OLED screen ; Slim and discreet ; Fitbit app is excellent

Plastic build ; Thicker casing than Charge 3 can make it slightly uncomfortable ; Display should be more dominant within the design

It might have a slightly cheaper-looking build quality than the Fitbit Charge 3, but the Inspire HR offers stacks of features - from heart-rate tracking, to waterproofing, sleep-tracking and beyond - at a great price point. It's really quite remarkable.

Fitbit Inspire HR Review: The Best Budget Fitness Band for Newbies

You get what you pay for when you spend less than $100 on a fitness tracker.

I want Fitbit to make its devices more accessible and more advanced. Inspire HR delivers on the former, but I'm holding out hope for another Fitbit this year that does more to move the needle.

Fitbit Inspire HR review: One size, many styles, fit all

Fitbit has returned to its roots with the Inspire HR, a fitness tracker that nails the basics.

Small, light, and fashionable with excellent band support ; Great fitness tracking and overview of daily stats ; Excellent price point for a touch-screen tracker

Notifications aren't great on such a tiny screen ; Google battery life but not quite five days

What the Fitbit Inspire HR lacks in smarts, it makes up for in style and simplicity.

Review: Fitbit Inspire HR, a budget friendly option that does the basics well

Review: Fitbit Inspire HR, a budget friendly option that does the basics well

Lightweight, slim design ; Solid fitness tracking ; Detailed sleep statistics ; 5 day battery life ; Affordable

Thick bezel ; No altimeter ; No built-in GPS

Inspire HR does not come with anything revolutionary. Rather, it repackages Fitbit’s existing technology into a more modern form-factor, and makes it affordable to the masses. In a sense, the activity band sits somewhere between the Alta HR and Charge 3 .
