I wish the cord was longer. You have to keep steam away from the bottom of your cabinets, but can't see the face of the appliance due to the positioning of the steam release relative to the position of the cord and face.

Following the manual, the product is easy to use. And it's giving me a great satisfactory. I like this product.

Great produce. But, you if you cook rice and try to steam vegetables at the same time, you vegetables will be soggy. if you have the time to cook separately, it works GREAT!

This is a very good product for someone who doesn't know how to cook well. It simple to use and you can eat healthy easily.
