Overall these scanners are worth the money, ease of installation and do the job they were intended to do.
We have several of these scanners within the credit union to scan Photo IDs. I've only had one of these scanners go bad on me. Works great with both 64 Bit OS and 32 Bit OS
Some of these cords are very sensitive. I have about 3 or 4 of them of the 15 that will lose connection with the slightest movement. One of these scanners has failed me altogether

A very versatile and user friendly scanner. We primarily use it for our electronic medical record, to capture photo ID and insurance cards. Its quick and clear capture makes our front desk staff's job easier when it gets busy.

these work great for insurance card and drivers license scanning. Your company had the best deal I could find.

It's probably user error, but my Kofax scan suite always errors with invalid paper size selected when I try to use this thing's TWAIN interface. It's not really a problem though we just import the scanned image from the bundled software. It grabs the...
Installation was flawless, and the images are great. I get a perfect color 300dpi scan of an ID in a jpg and it comes in around 50k in size. Once I got the scanning area configured and set, the only thing my users have to do is open the idiotproof...
None. Best $125 ever spent on an imaging accessory.
