Broke after one useage, a lot of crashes and errors. I threw it away. I guess you get what you pay for considering the price drop..

Scans negatives like poop

For photos, this scanner is ok, but for negatives the scanned images were so muddy, you couldn't tell what the heck you were looking at!

Just try to scan 35mm slides

Impossible to scan 35m slides without a lot of guessing and hacking. You can only do it from within Photo Shop and you have to put in the Transparency Mask upside down.Good Luck!!!

locks up on me also

if u have a lot of old photos to digitize u can sort them by size, assign a button to scan only that size then just keep loading and shooting. that is of course only untill the thing locks up then u have to unplug and wait. just think of it as stopping...

i like the paperport software ; the onetouch buttons can be reasigned (customized if u will) ; the machine is quiet and fast ; scans come out bright and clear ; orc works well

the negitive adaptor should come with a white cover for when it is not in use. it kept messing up the autocrop feature utill i taped a piece of white cardboard over it ; The scanner locks up about every 10 scans. u can count on it almost like clock...

The "photo fixing" actually did more damage to the scanned images than I was able to easily repair in my photo editor. I ended up trying to scan them in as a color copy and crop them, THEN work on trying to sort out fixing them. I looked for a way to...
