Used at work, persnickety machine
But it is fast and easy to use.
But when it is working, it's AMAZING. Photo scans are very accurate and fast
You have to clean the machine entirely too frequently. Dust shows up as green streaks through photos and requires a sticky cleaning sheet and dust free, lint free cloth cleaning wipes...then the wheels become disgusting and need to be cleaned with yet...

Exactly what I needed.
We needed a scanner at work to scan signed invoices and I did alot of research before deciding on this one. It's fast, almost never double feeds, great clarity and resolution, and takes up less space than a keyboard.

Decent hardware, but old software. Very hard to justify the price.
I bought this scanner on sale from NewEgg in January 2009 and have used it alot. Worked great with XP, but not recommended for Windows 7 or x64 Windows. Great hardware, but very disappointing that the software has not been updated.
