A Standalone Scanner : Epson Perfection V100 Photo Scanner

Unlike multifunction devices, where the scanner is usually a bolt-on basic unit, a dedicated scan can provide additional features.

It has been quite a while since I last had the opportunity to try out a new standalone flatbed scanner. The main reason for this long gap is down to the popularity of multifunctional and all-in-one devices. These types of product do have the decided...

Review: Epson Perfection V100 Photo scanner

Inexpensive Scanner with Impressive Features

Excellent priceg.Nice build quality.Full-featured Epson scan software

Film and slide scanning could be better.A little bit noisy

Great price! Works perfect for photos, negatives, and slides. Software is easy to use and stable. Replacing a Canon Scanner with software that drove me nuts

Good, but not great

for scanning slides, this is great for the price, the color restoration is great, and the dust removal is so so. Takes about 4-8min scan time on 4 slides at 300dpi, which comes out to around 1800x1200 pixels.

Scans slides with ease. it comes with a place to store the slide/negative attachment which is usefull for those of us who tend to lose things. quality is great when scanning slides, and photos alike. speed is ok

i have yet to get the buttons on the front to work even after a full software install and a restart. the PDF one when used in auto scan seems to not OCR, and just sends an image to the PDF file. to get a true text pdf you must first scan using the...

Drift racing, themed after Fast 'n Furious (if you like that trashy movie)

Poor graphics (rushed into release), singular gameplay, hard to win
