Scanning process is very fast

Software is clunky

They are so good, we have bought 3 more!

Nice fast scanner with good presets so you can divert the scan to either file, printer or email etc directly from the scanner.

if you have documents that aren't suitable for the document feeder, there doesn't seem to be a way to put multiple scans into one file on the computer. I've emailed Xerox support, but no response.

slows down considerably when scanning at higher resolution

easy to set up, auto doc feeder very efficient, but temperamental if over filling, but on the upside you can feed the job in batches and stitch it all in to one file.

software is not particularly intuitive, software takes up a LOT of memory, but does its job well. feeder is temperamental if you try to fill to capacity.
