I also picked this scanner up for less than $100. Having played around with a few others, I liked the resolution/price ratio quite a bit.

I bought this Canon 630UI because it's fairly small and thin so that I can put it back to the box and store it anywhere when I am not using it. On the other hand, PC magazine indicated it was a "respectable low-cost scanner".
