Good hardware, bad software

I purchased this scanner a little over a year ago, and was using it on a WinXP workstation. Reasons to purchase included linux and MacOS support, as well as price, size, and that it was USB bus powered (I hate bricks). I moved to Debian linux, ...

A Cheap, Sleek and Great Scanner for Your Money

Vivrant and accurate color. Refined, slim and inexpensive.

Slow due to only USB 1.1 capability.

The Little Scanner That Could

I bought the Canon CanoScan LiDE30 as a travel scanner for my notebook computer. It's tiny, it's light, and it's USB powered so I don't need to mess with an AC adapter. This scanner gives great looking scans with true, sharp colors. It is on the slow ...

Tiny footprint, very thin, ultra portable, USB powered.

A little on the slow side.
