Nikon IA 20S - Scanner slide adapter - white

I had only scanned 15 or so rolls of film when this adapter broke. It's on it's way in for repair. Glad it has a 1 year warranty. The scans were fine though.

IRIS Business Card Reader II for Macintosh (USOA180)

This product should be a textbook case-study for a product gone wrong. First, it didn't work. Fair enough... my mistake. Secondly, I called their "support" in Florida, who had me download some useless link four times. Same result. Then, they stopped...

Hand Held USB Contact CCD Barcode Scanner (Brand New)

I bought this to just play around with bar code scanning. The manual has a lot of setup codes but no explanation about what software to use to get the USB signal. The manual does not even have a section about the USB connection, just an RS232 and...

Ion slide2pc USB Film & Slide Scanner Bundle

Packard Bell PB 2400

The TWO installation CD's have filled both my computers with hundreds of MBs of perculiar software, which doesn't work and won't go away. And yes - you guessed it - the scanner still doesn't work on either of them. Spend your money on something more...

UMAX AstraNet e3470

The software for this scanner is a joke. Tech support is no help. Our computer now automatically connects to our ISP (AOL) everytime it is turned on. We still can't send a scanned image as e-mail. The manuals that come with the scanner are pathetic...

Umax Astra e5470 Scanner

I listened to a rep at a local computer store and purchased the UMAX e5470. After using it for just under 2 years, I am amazed that UMAX is still in business. The software in marginal at best. The scanner is SLOWWWWWW. Look at the UMAX web site as...
