Good EPG

nice design unobtrusive

noisy on start up, not user friendly

in our area it loses chanels poor reception we had to buy an ariel booseter and its still not brill

very easy to set up and use, good instructions, would now be lost without it

remote control more fiddly than sagems earlier models, has more on it, not so ergonomically efficient or comfortable... but does work ok. Old version had buttons you use a lot larger than others, now they are all the same size and more fiddly and...

ease of use

sometimes the picture freezes while watching and you have to start again from beginning

Product is simple to use, recording is straight forward and storage of recorded programmes is more than enough.

The Sagem is slow to start up and the TV guide display is slightly out of focus, also the loading of the programmes in to the guide takes far too long.
