Programme guide and information are very slow and unreliable. Even on a cable internet connection. Performs much worse than 12 year old Sony it replaced. Built in Amazon app has far less functionality than Amazon fire stick, so cannot dispense with...

Does everything i want and more. Netflix is quicker than Virgin.
Remote control volume and power buttons don't work with our Tv. Recorded programmes start to play before you've selected them.
