Simple initial setup
Instruction manual not very user-friendly, and could be clearer on most procedures. A more comprehensive index would make it less frustrating to use.

Can access Netflixs and Amazon prime.
You can't pause a program you are also recording. You can't scroll through the tv guide a page at a time. If watching a program you have paused, you can't do much else unless you exit back to watching live tv. You can't stop or delete a program from...

it's compact, looks good and handles ok.
the guide is too slow to load, even in quick succession it still needs to reload. Also the text size is too small to read at normal distance. Finding and using recordings is clunky and less intuitive than I expect for latest technology.

similar in operation to my old Panasonic DVD recorder so not too hard for an old lady to figure out!
No clock or time counter when playing recordings or using catch-up TV, so no idea how long until the end of the programme.
