Easy to use

The quality of the video sound & vision is good.

Bear in mind we are aged mid 70's, not high tech and only had the product for 2 weeks, we are still struggling slightly with the user functions, but we'll get there eventually and reasonably satisfied at this stage.

Hard disc very noisy, even when tv and humax are not on. Can hear it all the time. Sound is awful. TV on its own number 15. With Humax the sound has to be ramped up to 60 to hear it!!!!!!!!! Youview has very few freeview channels and it only supports...

Lots of options to watch different programs

prefered having a list of the recorded programs instead of pictures. find I have to press more buttons to delete programs

Brilliant picture quality.

It worked fine straight out of the box.

Not really Humax, but YouView. The machine replaced a TalkTalk box, yet is still limited by certain YouView functionalities.
