outstanding product

But they do update their firmware & I havn't tried the latest release.

The product is awsome. You can take any input (including 480i cable) and output to 1080P on your plasma (60"Pioneer) or LCD with great clarity. The very high end DVD player makers, ($3,000+), use the same upscaling chipset.

Some HDCP programs do not pass through right away using the HD DVR from comcast.

The Best

People that rate products 1 egg because they aren't resourceful enough to go to the provided manufacturers link and do research on a 3000 dollar item ruin the newegg experience for others. Why would you use a product rating to complain about an image...

This item really improves your image quality as well as providing switching for HDMI and other inputs. Has 1 connection to TV. THX certified without the premium price. :o]

Price but its not too bad here!

can't see it

A closer up photo of the plugs on the back so a potential customer can see what plugs are there would be a start.

Can't see the picture. No wonder nobody has written a review. Nobody can see the very small picture of the product. I won't consider buying something this expensive if I can't even see the plugs on the back.
