The product is rubbish and their service is worse. Try ringing their service number,if you don't mind hanging on for 30 minutes and then cut off. DHTECH sell crap products that don't work and then run for cover if you complain. DON'T BUY DGTECH.

Very poor. You get what you pay for. I paid $349.00. Extremely disappointed with the technical advice and support.

Purchased for my 80 yr old mother, should have used brains instead of wallet. I run 2 set top boxes, one cheap, Teac the other more expensive. Never missed a beat, DGTECH should be removed from the market until thay come up with a reliable product.

get the extended warranty, or step up to a good manufacturer, like SONY, and pay the extra. Dodgy tech needs to test some more before releasing.
