It has a mind of it's own,difficult to operate and will not always answer to the remote,seems to do it's own thing,wish I bought another set not B.T.

Overall satisfaction is high.

Not as easy to use as my previous set; a freesat box. Remote is a bit fiddly. Buttons are quite small; a slightly larger control with bigger buttons would be welcome. The advice in the booklet is not as clear as it could be.

Problems with iPlayer buffering but other players work fine. I think the problem is the iPlayer compatibility rather than the box

Pre-installed players are a great addition, and scrolling back on the guide to catch up is brilliant.

Not really a bad point, it's a bit pricier than some but you get what you pay for. There are some boxes much more expensive.

Great value for money and excellent picture quality. Only downside is the slow start up which I can't seem to change on settings but still very pleased.

Still haven't managed to program the remote to control the TV. Remote just freezes and i have to remove batteries and start again.

The remote control buttons for forward,back,up and down are too close to the surrounding buttons making selection fiddly.
