CDF-11 not good for a waeco

After owning a CF40 for many years of trouble free service, I bought the CDF11 for drinks or as a freezer when on extended camping trips. The first thing I noticed was the power consumption when used as a freezer was about 2.5 amps per hour, almost...

Went well for 3 yrs then failed

I had this fridge behind the passenger seat in my ute and it fitted there beautifully. It is however a very small unit and although it says it is an 11ltr fridge, it is the tiny aperture you have to pass things through to get into the bottom of the...

Cheapest Waeco compressor fridge. Uses way less power & has way more cooling grunt than TE. types.

Small capacity versus external dimensions.

Good little fridge/freezer, as long as size doesn't matter.

Only recently purchased to add to my Waeco collection. First impressions are that, compared to the CF25 model, it is not that much smaller in size, yet is less than half the internal capacity, and uses a Wanbao compressor (I think) instead of the...
