the hook up is easy--works great--but the cheap plastic line is not good--needs brass fittings or it leaks--had to go to store for brass fittings-for the price they should at least put good fitting in for a great hook up with no snap--the line leaked...

The ice maker makes ice quickly, Am very happy with my purchase. The only problem was I didn't do as another had written. Do not suggest using the nylon sleeve and connector for the water hook up to the ice maker. Get a brass sleeve and nut to connect....

Totally fits our needs. Produces ice like crazy. We replaced an expensive ULine ice maker with this one, and so far we like this one every bit as much. It is very attractive as well as functional.
