Sparkling beautiful if you keep it clean; if works as it should, never had an issue.

We bought it second hand, so the price was excellent ( :-) ); we never needed any service, so we can't express an opinion about how good (or bad) Samsung after sales service would be. We just never needed it.

Worked good for 2 years then came up with a rd fault,pulled the plastic back off in the freezer section and found the foam that they stick on the rotating flap had come off and jammed the flap from sending cold air to the fridge section,superglued it...

Overall this is a very good small to medium sized refrigerator. It would only be suitable for small households and there is not a huge capacity to store a lot of frozen foods. I have no hesitation in recommending this refrigerator to others.

It is easy to get to the fridge area with it being higher up above the freezer area. It is easy to store and organise things in the freezer section as there is three separate drawers that slide out that makes it easy to store and organise things.

An extra shelf in the fridge part would make it more versatile.

Terrible

 

I am a fridge mechanic, tried to repair this model, problem with this fridge is no back up from Samsung, and any unused parts have to be kept at our expense No credits allowed. So with no knowledge of idiosyncrasies of this model, we can't even try...

Never seen one without a problem, lots or kits produced to fix after being sold. Geoof_1 below has a blocked drain that needs a samsung fridge tech to clear out and test the drain heater. Everybody else is eventually going to get the rd fault for an...

Hope its not a serious issue. I bought this with an extended warranty 13th Dec 2004. So its worked fine nearly 4 years. Been a bit scared by some of the on line reviews of Samsung fridges.

Worked fine till now

Freezer fills up with ice below bottom drawer. Seems to dump water here once a day or so which freezes. Within a week its preventing the drawer from being removed.
