I found this product to be extremely poorly made. The valves looked weak, and the base was so blowaway light that it came with a 4" inch thin metal strap to screw it into the wall. I repacked it and shipped it back.

I've had this for several years now and it works great, the safety lock on the hot water is great and it's so much cheaper than buying bottles of water when you can refill the 5 gallon for 1.25, helps save on trash too!
