LG Freestanding Bottom Freezer Refrigerator LFX25960

Sure beats the traditional side-by-side fridge! Plenty of room inside, easy controls & love that the water/ice on the outside of the door doesn't interfere with the space inside.

Ice maker very small! Does have a tray for the freezer for extra ice but after a week cubes stick together and evaporate from the defrost cycle.

I researched this fridge online and checked it out physically in a store. Although I could find no consumer ratings on the LFX25960 model, I took a chance and bought it online anyway. So far, so good: makes ice, no problem, water tastes as good if not...

This refrigerator has been nothing but trouble since we purchased it. Ice maker has been replaced two times. Today the compressor went out. It is only 3 years old.
