Terrible

Sampson used to be the importers. They have obviously given up on this product, and have passed the brand on to Whirlpool ( poor Whirlpool). Whirlpool is coordinated from the Phillipines so do not expect too much from your calls to the sevice number. I...

Looks good. That's it.

Unreliable. Service men are confounded. Freezes up for five years, and now has stopped altogether. Grossly overpriced for what you get. I had assumed that cost equals quality ; how wrong can you get.
