I bought this upright freezer when I outgrew my chest freezer. Not only was my chest freezer too small, 5 cubic feet, but it was difficult packing food it in and getting food out. The upright freezer was not only easy to store food and get food out but...

Delivery was fine, but the freezer runs way too much. The outside walls alternate from hot to the touch when running to well below room temperature when not running. Very poorly insulated for a freezer.

This has met our expectations and exceeded them. I would highly recommend this appliance to others and AJ Madison to everyone!

This freezer is the best we've ever had. Stores a ton of food which is highly visible and easily accessible, a far cry from the usual chest freezer which requires bending over and shuffling through frozen items to find what you're looking for.

It took me a few weeks to get it ordering it off the internet like I did but I love the freezer. It's big and spacious and an attractive appliance but the thing is very noisy. Not sure if it is the fan or the motor or what but it's loud!

Well, the bargain I felt I got buying this freezer just dropped a few notches since I discovered ice buildup on the top of the door and in the inside seam in the top of the freezer. I specifically wanted a frost free freezer. Is this normal?

The controls on the exterior are great. It maintains a perfect "0" set on 4. My only little complaint is that the door plastic holders seem flimsy and potentialy breakable. Also, it's very hard to open the freezer due to a good seal.
