I bought model EW28BS70IB in June 2009, had so many problems that in August 2009 Electrolux replaced it. Since then the ice maker has had 5 repair visits with two ice maker replacements and it still does not make ice plus there is a constant "knocking"...

Our unit arrived with factory packaging but with quite a noticeable dent when professionally unpacked, so it had to be sent back and replaced.
