Because this is a Topup TV box a lot of disk space is taken up by they're channels and Topup TV reminders pop up now and again and i don't think there is any way of permanently removing this option,Also the 30 day free trial for Sky sports 1 requires...

the hard drive is far to noisy and its a shame it hasn't got an hdmi upscaling feature.

Some instructions somewhat complicated

Fine quality when it works.

1. No volume control. 2. No way of deleting unwanted Channels. (we delete but they remain just child locked) 3. Keeps sending message Failed to Record. 4. Suggests us not the machine made the error of not Recording. 5. Not as good as Humax

Had to return after one week due to sound problem and picture freezing

Really pleased with the ThomsonTUTV Box, had purchased one a couple of years ago, and that is still going strong. I wouldn't be without them, much better than the old video tapes.
