good receiver for the price

This receive destroys the sony I had before. The surround sound is much better and very easy to setup. I caught this on sale for $250. Well worth it at that price.

Sounds great compared to my old receiver. Has plenty of HMDI ports. Surround sound was easy to setup.

I've been using Pioneer receivers for years without any problems and was looking for a 4K receiver with an MHL input - this fit the bill although it has extremely poor connectivity for analog sources - in addition to the 6 HDMI inputs, you only get 3...

Good number of HDMI inputs - 1 of which is MHL, which allows me to use my old Roku 3400 stick. It has 4K capability and good specs for an inexpensive receiver - especially if you can get it on sale

This is not meant to be an audio receiver for analog sources - I cannot connect my cassette deck, reel-to-reel tape deck, or DVD recorder if I want to record something as there are no audio outputs, nor can I connect my turntable as there are no inputs...
