DOA - AMP UPDATED

I would definitely purchase from again. They don't make the products they only sell them and be a computer designer myself I understand this. Communication is definitely the key!

Amp did not work. Michael took charge of the situation and spoke with me on the phone and kept his word on everything that he said he would do. He resolved the issue EXTREMELY QUICKLY once everyone was on the same page

Mis communication (We were in the damage area of the hurricane and phones/cellphones were not working properly at this time). If we had been able to speak much sooner problem would of been resolved sooner. Michael is an extremly stand up guy who kept...

See Why its cheap. Didnt work. Shipping arrived late had to reschedule install. Finally got it installed and did not work. Was still well under 30 days of purchase and they will not refund or replace. Amp was not sealed when it arrived so I assumed it...
