Performance is really good.

Yes, I would recommend.

Solid receiver with strong performance. Setup is easy Price, features.

Remote control could have been better, especially large Audio controls and Power buttons. Manual could have been little bit detailed on setting different ways of components. Bluetooth audio performance was too low.

Good but low power

I have several AVR's and this 1610 is the less expensive...and surprisingly has some of the best features for basic home use. Light, quick and easy to setup, does most things you want to do.

The two weak spots with the 1610 is lack of power if you really want "boom" and the less than ideal options and information you have when setting up the speakers. Of course it is 100's less so it isn't going to give you top of the line adjustments.

Interface is difficult.

We are too far into the information revolution for ANY device to have a user interface as bad as this reciever's. You have to run cat5 to the reciever, so plan ahead for that. If you have time to invest, I think it's fine. Planned to use it on my main...

It will do what you need. It's physically light. You CAN dim the glowing dial. The automatic speaker setup worked well. Sounded great.

The interface does not meet you half way. It's not intuitive. It doesn't have Wi-Fi. Buttons on the remote are all identical in size and shape, and volume controls aren't on a corner. The phone app is a little better, but can't be used at all without...

Ok Amp...Died 3 days later

Nice features. LAN, HDMI 3D capable. Nice looking.

Died after 3 days. I did not keep the box so basically I'm out.

OK Amp

Easy install. Lots of HDMI ports.

Not the most user friendly AV amp I've had. Not enough control on the front. Trouble with the remote also. Can't get into the settings to fine tune everything. Turns the amp on but not off. Will probably replace it later this year.

Simple done well...

This is turning out to be one of the most difficult reviews to write. I like the 1510, but at the same time, I would have trouble recomending it for the MSRP. It seems to me that at $300, it is overpiced. But, what you do get will help you speakers...

Simple setup great sound

Cheap remote no auotmatic calibration limited network options
