This is a very handy device for hard of hearing 97-year-old mother-in-law. Would be nice if amplified a little more (pretty good but she is 97) and could be hung off of the end table to give more space.

The controls are not as convenient as the Acoustic Solutions SP100 Hi-Fi amplifier, but the CAMP 1 has an infra red remote control. It is powerfull enough to drive the floorstanding Acoustic Solutions M100 loudspeakers.

I'm very disheartened as the description clearly states it's a 300 watt amp but it's actually only a 30watt amp so not much cop for what it's use which is in a car for a boost.
