Extremely fast card for professional quality video rendering. This is the current state of the art. If you are doing video production or just have a lot of money to burn then this is a great choice

There are not really any drawbacks to this card if you understand what you are buying. It requires a LOT of power, but any card of this capability will. It does not work on Macs, but the manufacturer does not list Mac OS/X as a supported platform

Update to my previous post that the K6000 cannot work in Mac; It cannot work in Mac 10.8.5, but it does work in Mavericks, though it's not certified in Adobe CC

It's not fast enough. Mac users will need to get another power cable for inside the Mac Pro because the card has two plugs. The cables that come with the card are for PC's only

Well, 2 of them cost $10,000 ; And 2 titans are $2,000 for 5-10% percent less performance ; Or you can buy 4 GTX titans, A 4960X i7, and complete pc for $6,000

4 of these are incredibly powerful & incredibly priced. I have them now hooked up to 16 27" LCD screens on my day trading workstation/room
