Epson Powerlite 1730W

The Epson Powerlite 1730W is one of four similar projectors in the Epson lineup, each sporting a different combination of features. This allows you to pick the one that best meets your needs, and, of course, your budget

The top of the line Powerlite 1735W scored highly in many areas of use and performance. We expect all of those strengths to be shared by the Powerlite 1730W. Please use the links to learn more about the common features and performance

great replacement

I'm using this in a classroom with bad shutters and I can make out things a lot better than I could with my old projector. I did not buy this from newegg but I do buy a bunch of stuff here and have always gotten my stuff promptly. I had to wait 2 weeks...

Could use a longer cord

Best 720p projector for the price

its small, not heavy

3000 Lumens ; 720p native ; creates a huge image on a wall or side of your house ; blacks are good, not washed out Long Life

no HDMI, not 1080p, not too many connections (composite, s-video, VGA)

EPSON Projector

In essence, a must buy! Clear, bright and sharp images/videos at a very reasonable price. I had a D**L projector before and I regret I didn't trust EPSON to begin with!

This projector is a very good choice for home entertainment as well as work in an office or in the lab [my case]. Native WXGA (1280 x 800) resolution in widescreen makes it useful for most laptops and desktop computers

The VGA cable is rather short but can be replaced with a 10ft super-VGA shielded video cable for about $20
