Optoma GT1080e

I only had it for few days, so not much experience but: - very clear and bright - short throw feature is brilliant for my room - it is smaller than expected

- traditional, bit outdated kit, no smart features etc - Fire TV stick or Chromecast fix the above but there is no USB power in the projector - fan not an issue, but not silent

The picture from an HD source is excellent. The sound is also really good. Also colours looks great just projected on a magnolia shade of white wall

Ok there is some projector noise. But this is soon forgotten once immersed in games or a good to programme or film. Only being really noticeable in quiet dialogue scenes

quality of image and ultra short throw suits my deployment situation

only projector noise and heat generated but no more than i was expecting.

bright and good picture. set up is easy. speaker is good.

have to buy extra kit for 3d.

Easy set up, great picture quality and surprisingly good sound out of the built in speaker

Little bit noisy when fan is running! But can't hear it when audio is playing so isn't an issue at all!
