BenQ JoyBee GP2

 

BenQ is known for good quality and decently priced projectors, with the portable Joybee GP2 aiming to dent the iPhone entertainment market.

iPhone dock lots of connectivity options; onboard storage; comes with carry bag and remote

Does not perform well with ambient light; power cables take up lots of space; no HDMI cable included; onboard sound not the best.

Highly portable. Reasonably loud audio. LED light source with 20,000-hour lifetime. iPhone dock. Shows photos, presentations, and video from USB memory key. HDMI port.

In terms of connections, the GP2 adds a little something for everybody. In addition to the iPhone dock, there's a mini-HDMI port, a USB type A port that fits a thumb drive, and a USB mini-B port for connecting to a computer, and an SD memory-card slot....

BenQ Joybee GP2 Mini Projector Preview

 

Almost every complaint we had with the BenQ Joybee GP1 was addressed with the Joybee GP2. If you thought the BenQ GP1 sounded like a good deal, for $50 more, the Joybee GP2 is an absolute steal.
