BenQ HT2060 Review

Accepts 4K HDR input, downconverting it to 1080p ; Supports HDR10 and HLG HDR ; Supports 3D ; Holds shadow detail well, particularly with SDR input ; 1.3x zoom and modest vertical lens shift make installation easy ; Short input lag times

Shows frequent rainbow artifacts ; Overall image quality for HDR is a step down from SDR

BenQ's HT2060 is limited to 1080p and shows obvious rainbow artifacts, but it serves well enough in dark home theaters. (It can even moonlight as a gaming projector, thanks to its low input lag.)

BenQ HT2060 Review: Return of the 1080p King

Can the LED remodel of one of our favorite DLP projectors help keep its crown?

Excellent, lifelike color ; Decent contrast ratio ; Vertical lens shift

Brightness is rather average ; A little pricey for 1080p

BenQ HT2060 review

The BenQ HT2060 is stunningly well rounded for a sub-$1,000 projector that gamers and movie lovers alike can enjoy.

While the HT2060 might not be a monumental projector for the home theater aficionado, it’s definitely a serviceable pick for someone who wants a good value with all it can do for $1,000.
