No Power Supply is not that bad...

You need a PS60A power supply for this unit. Here it is on Newegg: http://www.neweggbusiness.com/product/product.aspx?item=9b-28-997-682 Pretty cheap for power too.

Epson compatible. Cheaper than Epson. No need for new power supply cost if you only need to replace printer (happens a lot in food industry)

No info given on what power supply

This printers Interface is only Parallel.

I am not really able to rate this printer as I have no wayt to hook it up. *Not usable for USB or Ethernet without purchasing interface module which is sold separately. **Also NO power adapter is included.

Unit looks good and seems to be durable. The packaging was good, and at the time of purchase the power adapter was include at no charge.

Newegg calls out the interface as: Serial, Parallel, USB, or Ethernet. This is NOT true the printer TSP651C-24 GRY sold now has a Parallel port and a r12 (for connecting to a cash draw). Although the current parallel port is modular and changeable No...

FYI

Not the reviwer's fault, the power supply is an option not standard. http://www.starmicronics.com/Printer/PrinterDesc.aspx?PageId=1&PrinterId=38

Does the job, epson compatible.

the listing should state that it does not include the power supply.

be warned... no power cable, awful service

include the power cable or say so. honestly, there's no reason ever to get in touch with customer service. they do not know what they are talking about and give off a vibe as if they work there because they are forced to.

the printer works well and dependably

they do NOT include the power cable whether it's mentioned or not. They could care less about your problems or the fact that the power cable is not included and offer to sell it at 5x the cost of getting one online or any other electronics store.
