Steam option is great and microwave technology heats food evenly and quickly ; Steam escape at end of cooking is minimal and wipe down quick and easy. No spills from drip tray

Steam cooking menus are sparse. More quidance and ideas would be welcome, paricularly for different fish types and appropriate vegetables ; Cooking potatoes is still causing a problem (including microwaving baked potatoes)
