Konica Minolta Magicolor 2500W

Combining surprisingly good print quality with decent specifications and a sub-£200 price tag, the Konica Minolta Magicolor 2500W is a fantastic deal.

It's very hard to fault the Magicolor 2500W. A good inkjet will still prove a better option for dedicated colour graphics, but this is as good as most of the inkjets available. Add high-speed, laser-quality text and decent running costs, and this is...

Konica Minolta MagiColor 2500W

The Konica Minolta MagiColor 2500W is essentially the same as the [[prodid:343]] model we originally reviewed in March 2005 except that the price has ...

Very low price, high-quality text and graphics prints

Networking option costs $190, one paper tray, no upgrade options

This is the lowest-priced colour laser we've seen -- and it offers top-notch print quality. Its only downfall is the cost of a networking adapter.

Konica Minolta magicolor 2500W

At $300 for a color laser printer, the Konica Minolta magicolor 2500W doesn't need much else to make it interesting.

Low price. Easy setup. Reasonably good output quality, especially for graphics and photos.

Slow. Although text quality is acceptable for most business purposes, it's subpar for a laser.

Very low price High-quality text and graphics prints

Networking option costs $119, One paper tray, no upgrade options

This is the lowest-cost color laser to date, yet it offers better print quality than models costing several times more.

Best possible buy in its class

Color fidelity for photos is unmatched.

The paper guides must be put into the normal stock position from the thick stock position they are in for shipping.

DOA

I have installed 5 of these in the past with zero problems to-date.

This unit dropped dead within 15 minutes.

Great but watch the quality!!!

Smaller than other color lasers, these print great text and wonderful color.

Konica Minolta has profound quality problems with all their printers, and this is no exception.

Not Bad...BUT

Fabulous color and definition.

Only con so far is that is absolutely refuses to pick up post card stock.

Konica Minolta Magicolor 2500W

WoW. I have been in the market for a color laser printer that would suit my personal needs. This is the one. Currently own 2 inkjets and 1 b/w laser printer. In my experience if you don’t use the color inkjets often they clog and the laser printer...

Affordable, small footprint, easy setup, prints fast

A good basic machine for the price

Machine comes with all consumables fitted - remove a few tapes and a couple of strings and you are up and running. Software easy to install, even though mine ended up in Spanish first time around! Uninstall and reinstall and all up and running in less ...

good value for money SOHO machine with good quality text and colour output

A little noisy, fairly slow colour, envelope printing a real hassle
