This label maker is terrible. I should have returned it right away, but just got side-tracked. This thing is a giant pile of garbage. Don't bother buying it.

good machine but unable to buy cartridges anywhere for it and am having trouble finding anywhere on the internet too. am trying to but labels for iron on shirts and cant find them at all. would not have bought this product if i knew how hard it was to...

This is a great label printer. It works better than units costing twice as much. Easy to load and operate. Would have rated five stars but for the fact that there is no mention of only getting a starter cartridge and cartridges are a bit pricey.

I'm a label freak. I travel for work a lot too and love that this is small enough to take with me so I can keep labeling. It doesnt jam, replacements are easy to put in as well.
